차로 한시간 남짓 달려 단풍이 아름다운 곤지암 화담숲에 가을나들이를 다녀왔습니다. 화합할 화, 그리고 말씀 담 - 화담숲은 자연속에서 좋은사람들과 함께 정답게 이야기를 나눌 수 있는 곳인데요 화담숲에는 붉은 단풍 뿐만 아니라 입구에서부터 우리를 맞아주는 '화담송'부터 30여종의 이끼가 살고있는 '이끼원', 화담숲 계곡을 잇는 '약속의 다리', 이색적인 풍경을 자아내는 하얀 '자작나무숲', 사설푸른 '소나무숲', 나무를 예술작품으로 감상할 수 있는 '분재원' 등 16개나 되는 테마원이 있어 지루할 틈 없이 즐겁게 걷게 되었답니다. 모노레일을 타고 이 아름다운 단풍과 자작나무숲, 소나무숲을 볼 수도 있고 산책로를 따라 걷을 수도 있는데 다음엔 봄에 와서 둘 다 해보려고 해요. 단풍놀이 후 근처의 '궁뜰 밥상' 맛집에서 보리굴비와 고등어 구이로 점심을 하니 세상에 부러울 게 없는 순간이었어요 ! 11월 30일까지 오픈하는 화담숲에 여러분들도 다녀오면 아름다운 가을 끝자락을 만끽 할 수 있어 좋을 것 같습니다. 영상으로 같이 가 볼까요? We recently had the wonderful opportunity to visit Hwadamsup in Gonjiam to see the autumn leaves! Hwadamsup is a place that was created with the wish that people will enjoy walking along nature while talking with each other friendlily. There were many things to see at Hwadamsup apart from the red leaves! From the 'Hwadamsong' tree that greeted us at the entrance, the 'moss garden' where around 30 different types of moss lives, the 'promise bridge' that crosses the stream, the unique 'white birch forest', the evergreen 'pine forest', the 'bunjae garden' where trees look like artworks, and more, there are a total of 16 different themed areas that captures your attention throughout the walk! There's also a monorail you can take to see these parts, so I hope to come back in Spring again. After the wonderful walk, we went to a nearby restaurant 'Gungtteul Bapsang' where we enjoyed a delicious lunch with mackerel. Hwadamsup is open until November 30th, so please go visit if you have the chance to enjoy the beautiful autumn leaves!
