After the entrée courses, the tour of the Hyundai Card Cooking library began. The Hyundai Card Libraries series, design, travel and music, have become must-visit culture scenes in Korea, and the Cooking Library is their latest addition. The Cooking Library offers an in-depth look into the craft of cooking, where the production, literature and experience of food come together. Members appreciated that the library which has over 10,000 carefully-selected books on food and cooking, as well as kitchen spaces where visitors can cook or learn how to make dishes from professionals. After the tour, members had a mini cooking class. Mr. Christophe Piganiol and Mr. Erwan Vilfeu made Arrabbiata pasta on behalf of Korea CQ members. The chef who helped with the cooking class explained that even if the same ingredients are used, the flavors differ depending on who made them.
