Dear Korea CQ members,

Septembers' Korea CQ Wine Club was held yesterday at French restaurant, ‘Passione’ in Kangnam.

This Wine Club was held with the generous support from Cindy Yang, president of NGS Global Korea, and Christophe Piganiol, Sherry Sungwon Hwang, Joohyun Ha, James Bmowski, Susanne Bemowski, Bill Miner, Lissa Miner,Haelyung Hwang were among the participants of the event.

'Passione' means 'Passionate' in French and it is the restaurant of famous chef Lee Bang won.

Everyone was on time as usual, participants gathered and had time to catch up with enjoying the taste of full of exotic fruit and ripe apple, 'Nino FrancoValdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.’

Before starting the dinner, Chef Lee Bang Won explanied today's special course, and the wine dinner started with 'Moma White Rubicone IGT', well balanced and full rounded taste which ends with a most elegant finish.

With the toast of Hwang Haelyung and James Bemowski, Co-president of Wine Club, and Christophe Piganiol and Bill Miner's toasts made the atmosphere more enjoyable with full of laughter.

All members enjoyed delicious abalone Risotto and salad, foie gras and boiled apple, as well as beet Shushi, and they said as if they were in Paris, France. Cindy Yang explained every wine that she prepared, and James Bemowski introduced harmony between wine and food which made the wine club even more special and meaningful.

After CQ members had lobster and jumbo shrimp, they enjoyed the main dish and Giacosa Fratelli Barbaresco DOCG 2010, which changes its color from ruby red to garnet red when served.

Lastly, Mango Basil Sherbet and millefeuille were served, and September's Wine Club was ended with happiness.

We sincerely appreciate president Cindy Yang for supporting valuable wines and all other members who joined Korea CQ Wine Club.
