As part of the upcoming annual Culture Communication Forum CCF 2024 which will be held on June 24^th, we are holding the New Korea – Ideas & Korea Image Created by AI contest’ from April 29^th ~ June 10^th!

Participants can submit entries to either one or both competitions.

Each contest is as follows:

Eligibility: Residents of Korea, both Koreans and foreigners, aged 18 and above.

Submission Period: April 29th (Monday) to  6PM, June 10th (Monday), 2024.

Category 1. New Korea – Ideas contest

Propose a vision for "New Korea" that goes beyond conventional clichés such as K-pop, K-food, K-drama, hanok, hanbok, and K-fashion, suggesting trends that are likely to emerge in the next 1~2 years.

■ Examples

1. Kimchi, bulgogi, and bibimbap were long thought of as typical ‘Korean cuisine.’ However, these days, tteokbokki and gimbap are gaining more popularity abroad! What Korean foods will captivate the tastes of foreigners in the future?

2. K-pop, idol groups’ music has gained great popularity both in Korea and abroad, and now other Korean music genres like traditional pansori, and trot are also enjoying worldwide acclaim. What Korean music genres or performances will captivate the world in the future?

3. With global enthusiasm for K-movies and K-dramas like ‘Parasite’ and ‘Squid Game,’ what other Korean content will capture the hearts of international audiences in the future?

2. Finalists’ presentations at the CCF 2024 venue on June 24th, for 3-4 minutes each

3. On-site voting by CCF 2024 attendees

Category 2. Korea Image Created by AI

Use an AI image generator to create an image suitable for promoting Korea's image worldwide. Generate an image showcasing the beauty of Korea in various fields such as food, tourism, music, performances, and movies

※ Any AI image generation program can be used

※ Post-production of generated images is prohibited

※ Can submit up to 3 images per person
