During my travels to Europe, I visited Madrid, Spain as well and met with my long time friends.

When we arrived in Madrid, we first went out to experience the city, seeing the tall red and white buildings, walking along the Grand Via, seeing the Cybele Palace, Four Seasons Hotel, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, a unique candy shop, and more.

I also met my old friend Bahk Sahnghoon, the current Korean Ambassador to Spain, as well as writer Javier Moro who attended CICI's Culture Communication Forum twice in CCF 2016 and 2020, and also the former Spanish Ambassador to Korea, Gonzalo Ortiz, who first introduced Javier to us.

With the COVID situation somewhat calmed, we could meet in person and have a wonderful time.
