CCF 행사 날 아침식사하러 갔는데 어머머~ 마에스트로 정명훈님이 바로 제 앞 테이블에서 식사를 하고 계신 것 아니겠어요!!! 다가가 인사를 드리며 시간 있으시면 다음 날 차라도 한잔 가능하신지 물었더니, 마에스트로님께서는 디디에와 저를 반갑게 맞아주시면서 다음날 아침 식사를 함꼐 하자고 제안하셨답니다~ wow! 현재 프랑스 남부에 살고 계신 정명훈 마에스트로님은 저희 한국이미지커뮤니케이션의 찐한 서포터즈로서 수 년째 아낌없는 응원을 해 주신 고마운 분이랍니다. 최근 코로나로 인해 공연이 줄줄이 취소되어 한동안 뵙지 못했는데, 여기서 이렇게 우연히 마주치게 되다니 저는 참 운이 좋은 것 같아요. 세계 최정상의 자리에 올랐음에도 끊임없이 음악 공부에 매진하며 실력을 갈고 닦는다는 마에스트로님의 이야기를 듣고 저는 정말 감탄을 금치 못했답니다. 대가 중의 대가, 세계 최고의 지휘자 정명훈님의 이야기 궁금하시죠? 영상으로 만나요~ This summer, I was so busy preparing for the annual CCF 2022. On the day of the event, I went to have breakfast at the hotel where the event was being held, and saw Maestro Chung Myung-whun! I went up to him and said hello, and asked if he perhaps had time to catch up over tea the next day, and he warmly greeted Didier and me and suggested we have breakfast together the next day. Maestro Chung, who lives in Southern France, is a supporter of CICI who has been supporting us for many years now. I didn't have a chance to see him recently as so many performances were postponed or canceled due to COVID, but I was lucky to meet him at breakfast there.
