Of course, a "position" is more than just a place to sit; it represents our status and value. But why do people fiercely compete for better positions?

Why do people strive to be close to those in power, and how does this competition impact our lives? Today, we explore these questions from various perspectives.

We discuss the significance of the struggle for positions from biological, psychological, and social angles, delved into human instincts and the importance of positions in modern society, and examined the conflicts that arise in the process. We also touched on the interesting etymology of the Korean word 'gal-deung' which means 'conflict'.
