Mark Chung, President of the live entertainment company KCMI, discussed 10 facts about the Broadway smash-hit musical "Hamilton" on Tuesday at the InterContinental Seoul COEX.

He delved into the Tony Award-winning musical in front of some 50 opinion leaders. The musical, which premiered in 2015, revolves around the life of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.

Chung's lecture was a part of the Corea Image Communication Institution (CICI)'s CQ Forum.

The global culture promotion advocacy also held an award ceremony to recognize those who have contributed to cultural exchange among Korea and other nations. Hungarian Ambassador Mozes Csoma and his spouse Nam Sun-mi clinched the Cooperation Award, while James Park, director of BIO Plastic Surgery, received the Friendship Award.

Opinion leaders including Latvian Ambassador Peteris Vaivars, Kuwaiti Ambassador Bader Mohammad AlAwadi, President of L'Oreal Korea Christian Marcos, and Billboard's K-pop columnist Jeff Benjamin attended the event.
